Non Stop Portals has an ongoing need for contractors to help provide web development services to our Customers. If you have an interest in providing contracting services, review the opportunities listed below. Contractors must complete a confidentiality and non-competition agreement to receive assignments from us. The agreement is very straightforward. Our Customers want to be assured that their proprietary information will be held in confidence. Your non-competition restrictions will only be for our Customers that you may provide services to.

We are only accepting resumes from prospective Contractors in the Raleigh, NC area. You will need to meet with us and Customers from time to time, but you will be able to do the work from wherever you wish. Contractors will be paid on a 1099 basis.

Wordpress Contractor

Wordpress contractors will need to have the ability to work Wordpress and Wordpress Multi-User.: It is desirable that you also have experience with BuddyPress. Contractors should have the ability to:

Assist Customers in defining their web site and blog requirements.
Accurately estimate how much time will be needed to complete a project.
Install software on a hosted account.
Install and configure themes and plugins.
Customize themes. Customize the look and feel of a web site. Add graphics, videos, and music to a site. Modify elements of a Cascading Style Sheet (CSS).
Develop web page content that matches desired keyword search terms.
Upgrade older releases of Wordpress to the newest release.
Backup and restore data in a MySql database.
Backup and restore Wordpress content.

Our web sites provide a broad range of functionality. Experience in working with eCommerce and social media marketing strategies are highly desirable.
